Full Planning & Design
Lee Ramsay Events is a full-service design and production firm laser-focused on coordinating every detail so you can be the best host you can be.
Full Service Event Planning is our white-glove service offering. After getting to know you, we begin to craft a world around your vision:
- Venue scouting & vendor sourcing
- Comprehensive event design
- Full budget and timeline management
- Etiquette and invitation expertise
- Event management with a talented team of production assistants and bridal attendants

Partial Planning
Partial planning is a blend of our Advisory & Coordination package with a touch of Full Service planning. In a partial planning capacity, you plan your wedding or event with expert guidance and support from Lee along the way. In addition to coordinating your wedding, we provide a few hours per month to:
- Set planning priorities and focus areas
- Build/edit a realistic budget and timeline
- Build floorplans, place rental orders
- Provide vendor recommendations as available
Often, our clients tell us that they wish we had joined on sooner, and that their planner was the best investment they made in their wedding.
Advisory & Coordination
Whether it’s a wedding or a corporate event, there comes a time in event planning where you wonder…now what? How does this all come together? Perhaps you have booked all of your vendors, sent out your invitations, and picked out all of your attire. How do we turn these loose ends into the party of a lifetime?
Lee Ramsay Events takes on a small number of Advisory & Coordination clients each year to help our clients get their special projects across the line. We work with you to build a timeline, floorplan, provide expert guidance, and then facilitate the actual event. Pricing starts at $5,500 for advisory & coordination services.
